ACCOUNT MANAGER

Independently, you will find Corporate New Business/ Account, in order to achieve your individual sales target. You will assist customer to identify their needs of company products custom-build as maintaining their existing to create service excellent.

* Finding corporate customer to fulfill your sales target.
* Identify their need of corporate general insurance (such as property all risks, electrical, machinery break down, liability, marine, cargo and others)
* Maintain our existing customer and creating service excellent for all of our customers.

Requirements :

* Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, with maximum age of 27 years old.
* Experienced min 1-2 years in marketing or sales, also in fulfilling sales target.
* Experienced in dealing intensively with customer and external parties, having wide networking, ability to maintain relationship.
* Having insurance background with specialization in several business field.
* Proficiency in English both oral and written.
* Willing to be placed in :

- Jakarta, preferrable having insurance background with ability to handle broker and alliances business

- Semarang and Surabaya, preferable to have insurance background in several business field is preferable.

- Jakarta/ Medan, having networks in Agribusiness and Forestry field is preferable.


SUB CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT STAFF

You will be responsible for assisting your superior in negotiating with third parties and the monitoring of the Garda Q'Repair development process. You should be able to comprehend the customer service flow process. Understanding of project management and automotive technical skills (including experience with auto recovery) is a must.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university
· Good networking skills and the ability to maintain relationships
· Good professional experience record
· Must be able to actively and effectively contribute in a team based environment
· Proficiency in both oral and written English
· Good planning and management skills
· Maximum age of 30
· Minimum 3 years experience in automotive related business or retail environment


PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF

You are freely to make product innovations, based on data and your own creativity. Developing our product and managing brand are your main roles. You will bring a new product or service to market by two parallel paths involved in the process: one involves the idea generation, product design, and detail engineering; the other involves market research and marketing analysis.

Requirements :

·Bachelor degree (S1) of Economic

·Having minimum 4 years of working experience in the same field.

·Having experiences as a Brand Manager is preferable.

·Proficiency in English both oral and written

·Having a creative way of thinking, having the competencies of Analysis and Judgment, Vision, Business Sense, Inter -personal Skill and Influencing skill

·Actively contribute effective role in team work


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
PC Application Programmer

Posisi ini memberi Anda tanggung jawab untuk mendesain, membuat, dan melakukan tes terhadap program-program aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permintaan dari user. Anda juga akan memegang kendali terhadap instalasi program dan perbaikan-perbaikan ketika muncul permasalahan setelah digunakan oleh user.

Kualifikasi:

* Mampu mengoperasikan VB, VC++, Vinterdev, HTML, dan ASP.
* Menguasai konsep Realtional Database (SQL Server)
* Memiliki teamwork yang baik


Production Support

Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk menganalisa program selama fase produksi, ketika terdapat suatu masalah dan membutuhkan beberapa perbaikan.

Kualifikasi:

* Mampu mengoperasikan VB, VC++, VJ++, Vinterdev, HTML, ASP dan atau RPG, CL, COBOL
* Menguasai konsep Relational Database
* Mampu membuat dokumen-dokumen teknis


COMMERCIAL CLAIM OFFICER

You will be assist your superior to make the decision or recommendation deal with the claim process (accept or reject some of the claim proposal ).

Handling the claim process with high speed and accuration to get the maximized underwriting result and customer satisfaction, is your global main job.

You will develop working system and procedures of handling an effective and efficient claim process, doing survey claim to investigate the cause of loss and gaining data to calculate the loss.

Requirements :

* D3 Engineering from reputable university
* Proficiency in English both oral and written
* Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship
* Having the competencies of Analysis and Judgment, Vision, Business Sense, Inter -personal Skill and Influencing skill, and Teamwork.


ACCOUNT MANAGER

DESIGNER

You'll be challenged to develop and bring your best idea to support Integrated Marketing Communication strategy, such as : marketing collateral, campaign ad and public display.

Requirements :

· Min D3 graphic design
· Able to use design applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D max, Freehand
· Having basic skill of photography
· Having 2 years experience in designing is preferable
· Having creative thinking, a good teamwork, and interpersonal skills.


PROPERTY UNDERWRITER

You will make risk assessment from interest insured (machinery and building), define tariff and any assurance condition and term, and also propose risk recommendation. You will also make judgement for reassurance business offered by other assurance company or reassurance broker.

Requirement :

* Bachelor degree (S1) of any discipline from reputable university, preferably from Civil Engineering
* Proficiency in English both oral and written
* Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship
* Having an impressive achievement experience
* Actively contribute effective role in team work
* Hold AAA-IK degree
* Minimum 3 years of experiences in underwriting


PUBLIC RELATION

You will manage is the practice of managing the flow of information between organization and its publics. Common activities include speaking at conferences, working with the press, and employee communication.

You have to used to build rapport with employees, customers, investors, or the general public.

Requirement :

* Bachelor degree (S1) of Communication Studies or any major from Faculty of Social & Political Studies from reputable university
* Able to write press release, have writing skill also
* Proficient in English, with a minimum TOEFL score of 500
* Have a wide media relation and networking
* Minimum 4 years experienced
* Computer skills
* Willing to take a series of tests
