Responsible for journalizing cash slip and general entry slip. Closing accounting book and preparing financial statement to head office. Control account payable and account receivable. Control balances of other BS account including settlement with employees. Controlling incoming invoices and advance review for taxation on incoming invoices. Preparing debit/credit note both for internal and external purpose. Investigation of tax or government regulation and making report.

REQUIREMENTS
Graduate form reputable university with accounting background. Having minimum 5 years experience in similar job. Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English. Familiar with SAP would be highly advantageous.


PROJECT ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Responsible for controlling joint account and sole account. Preparing, analyzing and evaluating of joint interest billing and other documents including presentation slides to partners. Analyzing cash flow and preparing cash call to partners. Liaison with other project divisions especially for project service and strategic planning. Correspondence and communication with partners. Assisting joint venture audit.

REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from reputable university with management/finance or accounting background. Having minimum 8 years experience in general accounting or similar job. Having experience in controlling join account in oil & gas company is preferable. Good communication skills both in Indonesia and English. Familiar with SAP would be highly advantegous.
